There are only six more days until my 28 week marathon training program starts. I’m pretty excited about it too. I’ve already accomplished my first “marathon goal” which was to be under 200lbs by the start of training. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED! I’ve gone from 211 to 193lbs.

My training partner Adam lives in Fairbanks Alaska, we’re going to stay connected in our program through Nike+. You’ll also be able to keep up with our program through the web series “Distance Running” that we’ll be launching here on the blog very soon.
I’ll still be writing updates with tips, interviews, product reviews and more. 
So make sure to follow us here on our road to the 2010 Chicago Marathon!
