This article really puts yesterday in to perspective. I missed my run yesterday, and felt horrible about it. But I guess its ok. My legs were aching, I was exhausted, blah, blah, blah. 

I’m going to chalk that 4 miles up as a loss and move on to Sunday’s 8 miles. Hopefully this additional day of rest time will be good for my legs and because of it I’ll avoid any future hangups later!
