At the grocery store you’re bombarded by low calorie, fat free, 100 calories packs, blah blah blah…


There is no shortage of ways to market products so we feel better about what we’re eating. But what if I told you there there are food that actually burn more calories then they contain? (I just harnessed the spirit of Billy Mays when I wrote that).

If you love to snack as much as I do, here are some foods that burn more calories in digestion then they contain. And they’re not disgusting either!

  • Oranges
  • Strawberries
  • Tangerines
  • Grapefruit
  • Carrots
  • Apricots
  • Lettuce
  • Tomatoes
  • Cucumbers
  • Watermelon
  • Cauliflower
  • Apples
  • Hot Chili Peppers
  • Zucchini
Does it get more guilt free than that?
