I was sitting at my desk yesterday… WORKING DILIGENTLY… And I started to think about all the training the I’ve put into running CM10. But what do I do AFTER the race… I’m not talking about an ice bath or applying enough Flex-All to actually melt your skin off. I’m talking about what races to do!
I have a couple of 5 & 10k’s in October, but those won’t be an event like the one I will have (hopefully!) just accomplished. So I started puttering around online and came across the Disney Marathon and Half Marathon. Hmmmmmmm.
I’ve heard about it for a while but never really paid close attention because my focus was on Chicago. The more I think about it the more it seems like a good idea. I’m thinking about just doing the half on Saturday and just enjoying the rest of the weekend. They put on a lot of family events all weekend and host once of the country’s largest health and fitness expos.
Based on Mine and Tracy’s schedules this might not really be an option. So I’m going to be in the hunt for the next challenge and I’m open to suggestions, feel free to leave them below.
