INTRODUCING: The Inaugural Chicagonow Black Friday 5K and Food Drive!
All your favorite ChicagoNow Bloggers will be at Montrose Harbor, where the 5K run will kick off at 3pm… That’ll give you the morning to recover from your food coma.
The race is FREE, but we do ask that you bring some non-parishable food to donate to the Greater Chicago Food Depository!
Join Dave “Pace of Chicago” Wallach, Dan “Cubicle Dad” Malinski, Awesome “That’s Awesome” Barb, Lauren “Outside the Girl Box” Kaminsky, Daniel “The Queer Guy Tells It Straight” Scogin and myself, along with other ChicagoNow Bloggers.
Even if you don;t want to run, come down to Casey Moran’s from 4:30-7:00 and if you bring a food donation they’ll hook you up with free appetizers, $1 Carona’s, $3 Domestic’s, $4 Svedka drinks, $5 Bombs.
Sure as hell beats shopping!

Chicagonow Black Friday 5K and Food Drive!
When– Friday, November 26th 3:00 check in, 3:30 race start.
Why?– It’s a great way to share a little good will, get in a workout, burn off a hangover, avoid shopping, meet your favorite CN blogger
We are trying to do a head count and since there is no official sign up, leave a comment below if you think you are going to attend.
