I was hoping for some magic to happen in the pool and it did! I had 2100 yds scheduled for yesterday, I have to be honest and say I wasn’t looking forward to it. Swimming has been the toughest for me so far, and because of the difficulty i was having I didn’t even want to get in the pool.
Yesterday was no different, except that the workout was GREAT! From the warm up through each part of the main set I was able to bang out 2100 yards on lunch!
Im anxious to see how my next swim workout goes just to make sure it wasn’t a fluke!
Today I have a zone 1/2 run with pickups. I have the beginning stages of a cold which sucks, but it shouldn’t impact my workout. I might spend a few mins in the steamroom though!
