Ironman Wisconsin is in 6 days.
I don’t know how I feel. I’m not anxious, nervous or excited. I’m just… Calm?
On my ride this weekend I was planning the race. I thought about how long I think each leg will take me, estimated transitions, thought about if I’ll be able to sleep the night before.
Coach Jen has my training mapped out through race weekend and I like the way it looks.
I sent her my race plan, and at her request a revised version… I didn’t have it as dialed in as she wanted it to be.
The most stressful part of the week leading up to IMWI is that I had to move. I’m actually writing this while taking a break from unpacking!
Tonight I’m going to get in my swim workout and tomorrow a ride in the morning. After that only 2 more workouts before we drive up to Madison.
I’m confident in my prep, and I can’t wait to get on the course!
